High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the amount of isomaltoligosaccharide in functional foods with nice separation, The method we proposed is fast, accurate enough to determine several kinds of sugars contained in sample. The detector was Refractive Index Detector （RID -10A）,NH2 chromatagraphic column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -water. The test of repeatability and recovery of this method was very nice, And the method is available for assay of different products.
