海洋低温BS041208菌株选育及发酵培养基的研究(Ⅱ) 被引量:2

The Screening of the Marine Low Temperature Acid Protease Strain from Bacillus subtilis and Its Optimal Fermentation Medium(Ⅱ)

摘要 建立了海洋低温蛋白酶菌株(Bacillussubtilis简写为BS041208)发酵最适pH值、温度、时间、接种量、通气量分别为5.0、14℃、48h、8%、150mL;在最适发酵条件下,BS041208菌株50L发酵罐中低温蛋白酶活性为1371.8U/mg。 The fermentation conditions of high Marine low temperature acid protease producing strain BS041208 were determined in this paper. The optimum conditions of producing marine low temperature acid protease were: initial pH 5.0, temperature 14℃, culture time 48 h, inoculum size 8 96, aeration 150 mL. Under the optimum conditions: the marine low temperature acid protease yield of BS041208 up to 1 371.8 U/mg in 50 L fermentor.
