摘要
针对传统的汽缸套离心铸造工艺中存在的问题,提出了气缸套轴向离心铸造工艺方案,设计制作了专用离心浇注机及辅助设备,在现场生产条件下进行了试验研究,考察了优化工艺条件下试验缸套的铸造质量、金相组织、元素分布、机械强度与耐磨性能。
To counter problems existed in the traditional centrifugal casting technology of cylinder sleeves,a new technology scheme of axial centrifugal cast of cylinder sleeves was proposed in this paper.A special centrifugal machine was produced and used to investigate in foundry the casting qualities,metallographic structures,distribution of elements,mechanical properties and wear trsistances of test cylinder sleeves.The comparison between new technology and traditional one was mad and discussed.
