摘要 针对通常作战效能评估缺乏追因分析的问题,新方法论提出了效能-能力双层指标体系,利用仿真实验数据,采用效用函数法及TOPSIS法,分别对武器装备作战效能及其各大组件能力进行评估,进而追溯分析出武器装备作战效能的影响因素。以装甲装备的军事对抗仿真评估为例,最终的评估和分析结果表明,评估方法可行,评估结果合理可信,的确具有较好的追溯功能。 Aiming at the question of what factors affect the operational effectiveness in the evaluation process, an evaluation framework of weapon equipment was created to solve it. In this methodology framework, the dual indicator systems of effectiveness and capability were created. Based on the abundant simulation data, by means of utility function method and TOPSIS method, the equipment operational effectiveness and its component capabilities were evaluated respectively. The equipment factors of affecting the operational effectiveness could be traced and analyzed. According to this framework, an example of simulation and evaluation on armor equipment type was carried out under the battlefield environment scenario. The final evaluation results are demonstrated that this methodology is feasible, and the evaluation results are reasonable and credible. This framework does have the capability of tracing reason of why the operational effectiveness does.
