心肌梗死的性别差异和遗传相关性
Sex Differences and Genetic Associations With Myocardial Infarction
摘要
心肌梗死（myocardial infarction，MI）和相关动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（cardiovascular disease，CVD）是造成男性和女性死亡的主要原因。虽然对心肌梗死的危险因素已有较多认识，但是对于MI的预防仍有许多问题有待解决，包括何种特殊的遗传变异是心肌梗死易感性的基础，为什么女性与男性相比似乎对心肌梗死有一种保护性优势。在本期JAMA，Schuit等的文章有助于阐明这方面的某些问题，但亦提出了其他一些问题。
