On the Diseconomy and Countermeasure of Industrial Chusters in China

在已有的文献中,众多学者对产业集群的“规模效应”、“技术溢出效应”等外部经济性进行了分析,并在此基础上将产业集群作为一种提升区域竞争力的企业组织形式大加褒扬,但忽视了在我国目前环境下,有些产业集群存在的一些“不经济”现象。本文通过对我国产业集群存在的“不经济”现象的深刻剖析,探讨了针对各种“不经济”现象的对策,以期实现我国产业集群的良性发展。

The efficiency of scope, efficiency technology diffusion and other exterior economy of industrial clusters had been analyzed in the known literatures, and industrial clusters had also been seen as an industry system that can upgrade regional competition, which was fully praised. But the diseconomy of industrial dusters under present circumstances of China is neglected. This paper profoundly analyses the diseconomy of industrial clusters in our country, and discusses the relevant countermeasures, in order to promote the industrial clusters of our country to develop favourably.
