东北老工业基地改造与振兴是一个十分复杂的系统工程。本文运用“木桶理论”,对东北老工业基地的振兴的若干问题进行了探讨,提出了相关的对策建议,并赋予了“木桶理论”以新内涵,试着从一个全新的视角探讨东北老工业基地的振兴。

The reformation and rejuvenation of the northeast old industrial Base is a Very complicated systematic engineering. This paper introduces the Cask Theory,and probes into the problems concerning the rejuvenation of the northeast old industrial base,then puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions. This paper also gives the Cask theory new connotations,and tries to study the problems of rejuvenation of the northeast china old industrial base with a new angle.
