加强资源环境保护,促进南海珍珠产业可持续发展

Enhancing Resource Environmental Protection,Promoting the Sustainable Development of Nanhai Pearl Sector

中国南海珍珠久负盛名,在世界珍珠业的地位举足轻重。但环境问题正日益威胁着南珠产业发展。本文分析了海洋环境污染问题及其原因,在此基础上提出了加强南珠资源环境保护对策,即遵循循环经济发展原则、实施环境管制及环境经济手段、使用补偿费核算及征收污染费等。

Nanhai pearl of China is famous histoficaUy in the world with significance. However, the environmental issues threaten the Nanhai pearl industry development gradually. This paper analyzes the ocean pollution problems and the reasons, and raises the environmental protection countermeasures on Nanhai pearl resource accordingly, i.e. to implement the cycling economic development principles, environmental management and economic ways, compensation fee settlement and pollution charging, etc.
