区域耕地综合利用效应评价的指标体系研究

Index System of Integrated Effects of Cultivated Land Use on A Regional Dimension

当前我国的耕地保护状况要求我们对耕地利用效应进行综合评价。本文从耕地综合利用效应的产生机制入手,阐述了耕地综合利用效应评价的内涵和特点,并对相关概念进行辨析,进一步深化了该概念内涵;最后,在梳理耕地综合利用效应评价理论基础的前提下,初步构建了区域景观尺度上耕地综合利用效应评价的指标框架。

Obtaining from the production mechanism, this paper elaborates the connotation and characteristic of integrated effects of cultivated land use, and further deepens its connotation by comparing with correlative concepts. Finally, a general framework of the index system is set up according to some evaluation theory and principles in the paper. The index system is composed by two parts： the internal effects and exterior effects. The internal effects will finally lead to long＇term and more intense exterior effects. Some material indicators are listed for reference.
