作为促进区域协调发展的一项重要措施,十六届五中全会提出,要明确不同区域的功能定位,这预示着主体功能区划和主体功能区建设即将成为我国经济生活中的热点。本文在构建区域可持续发展能力分析框架和区域主体功能区划模型的基础上,分析了各类主体功能区的建设重点,最终得出主体功能区建设有利于增强区域可持续发展能力的结论。

As an important measure to coordinate development among regions, our party requires us to make certain a main function division. As a result, main function division would be a hot topic in the run of economy. This article first put up a way to analyze the ability to sustainable development, then constructs a model to main function division. With the way and the model, the author analyzes the keystone of different main function region＇s construction. Finally, the author draws a conclusion that dividing region by main function may help a region to improve its ability to sustainable development.
