农村土地货币化模式分析与效应研究——基于生态经济学、农村社会学等多学科视角的思考

Analysis on the Rural Land Monetization Mode and Its Effect——Based on the Multidisciplinary Angles of View

文章从生态经济学、土地经济学和农村社会学等多学科视角探讨了农村土地货币化的模式及其效应。研究表明农村土地货币化可分为非农用模式和农用模式,同时产生一系列效应：农业生态系统受到影响、农村城镇化进程加快、农村社区转型加速和农村社会阶层出现分化等,为此可通过建立农业生态补偿机制、合理规划城镇化进程、加强转型期农村社区建设、保障失地农民权益等方式推动土地货币化农村地区生态环境、经济和社会的全面发展。

This paper analyzed the rural land monetization pattern from the multidisciplinary perspectives about the ecological economics, the land economics and the rural sociology etc. It indicates that the rural land monetization pattern can be divided into two kinds： non-agricultural pattern and agricultural pattern, which generated a series of effects.
