摘要
针对数字超声探伤仪模数变换速率不够高而带来的回波信号失真,介绍了一种频率抽样插值滤波器。在一定条件下经滤波插值,使回波信号最大幅值误差<5％。
A discrete frequency interpolator is introduced to solve the problem of signal distortion caused by insufficient A/D sampling rate of digital ultrasonic flaw detector. Under certain conditions, the maximal ampli-tude error of the echo signal from the filter is less than 5%.
