摘要
为了改善和解决农牧民医疗保障,减少农牧民因病致贫,因病返贫的问题,新疆地区在2003年底5个试点县的基础上,于2004年又新增了8个新型合作医疗试点县、市。笔者通过对试点县阿瓦提县、焉耆县、伊宁县、哈密县、博乐市、鄯善县的合作医疗的试点情况筹资及补偿比的测算,探讨新疆地区6个试点县合作医疗的实施情况。
For improving and solving peasant＇s health care ensure, in order to reduce peasant poor caused by diseases, and disease caused return to poor. In the base of 5 experimental unit county in 2003, Sinkiang government had increased 8 new cooperative medical treatment experimental unit county and city. This paper measured endowment and compensation ratio of Awati, Yanqi, Yinning, Hami, Bole, Shanshan, of which 6 cooperative medical treatment experimental unit county were investigated.
