摘要
通过数学计算和理论分析,工艺试验及生产实践均证明,采用合理的起精研工艺规范,用圆锥导辊副定位支承并输送被超精研直圆柱,其外径表面的几何精度和表层物理机械性能,均比用双曲面导辊副超精研高,成效显著。
Based on the theory of vibrating system with 3 degrees of freedom, an air activated superfinishing oscillating head is designed, which is consisted of activating cylinder and vibrating head frame. Based on the calculation and theoretical analysis, a principle or a method of dynamic design is suggested and a new superfinishing process is developed. Process experiment and production showed that the geometric accuracy and surface performances of physics and mechanics of lapped OD surface of the cylinder, which supported,positioned and transfered by taper guiding roll set and through the use of the process are better than that supported on hyperboloid guiding roll set.
