提出机床坐标的反向差值Ｂｊ对精度的影响，通过对反向差值的曲线分析，可看出该坐标定位精度的大致状况。建立的曲线分析法，可对Ｂｊ值的变化规律进行分析。介绍该分析曲线在ＨＰ５５２８Ａ激光测量系统上Ｂｊ值分析软件的功能设计及应用。

The reverse difference (Bj) of NC machine coordinate have a great influence on coordinate accuracy of NC machine tools. B, curves analysis is of signifi canoe in research on accuracy of precision machines.The Bj should be reduced in improving the positioning accuracy of machine coordinate. The curves analyzing software used in HP5528A laser measuring system is help to improve coordinate performace of machines.
