Co., a heavy-duty lathe C61160 was retrofitted into numerical controlled one to machine complex components, such as links, cylinder sleeve,piston head and cylinder cover. The production cycle is reduced, the accuracy of workpieces is improved and the productivity is increased. It is introduced that how the problems met up with in retrofitting and setting of the machine are solved.
