摘要
前支承为三联角接触球轴承的主轴组件是超静定的。滚动轴承的刚度,又不是一个定值,而是载荷(支反力)的函数。所以,这类主轴组件的刚度,难于用常规方法进行计算。本文介绍了一种近似的等效静定模型,可以用以进行刚度计算。经实验验证,这种方法具有足够的精度。
A spindle assembly with triple angle contactball bearing as the front bearing is a super-staticallydeterminate, but the rigidity of the rolling bearing isthe function of load other than a fixed value. SO that,the rigidity of these spindle assemblies is difficult tocalculated by common method. An equivalent staticaldeterminate model is suggested to calculate the rigidityof the spindle assemblies. Experiment showed that thecalculated accuracy is high enough.
