摘要
文章讨论了雕塑曲面数控加工中单张曲面产生刀具干涉的现象;相邻两曲面在凹向交线处的无干涉加工以及曲面拼接处刀具干涉的截面验证法,给出了具体算法和加工实例,取得了较好的干涉处理效果。
Cutters interference is one of the most critical problems in automatic programming and machiningo f sculptured surface. Here, it has a discussion on cutter interference on single surface in NC machining ofsculptured surface, interference-free machining at concave intersection of adjacent surfaces and sectional verification of cutters interference at splice point of surfaces. The practical machining showed that it is satisfied to applications.
