在φ４００ｍｍ卧式（马鞍）车床上进行φ１０５ｍｍ主轴孔径的扩展设计，简化主轴支承结构，在满足较高通用化程度的基础上扩大了机床使用功能及范围。

The diameter of spindle hole is one of important specifications of lathe. In China, the diameter isdesigned to 50mm to 60mm on gap type lathe withswing φ400mm, that can not be met the needs for barturning. So an improved design is made to expand thehole diameter of 50mm into 105mm. In the design, thesupporting structure of spindle is simplified and theworking capability is improved. The design expendedthe applications of such kind of lathe.
