摘要 采用标准的高Rek-ε湍流模型和壁面函数法,应用软件FLUENT对空冷塔内外部流场进行了模拟计算,分析和总结了外界环境对塔内外速度和压力的分布规律以及散热性能规律的影响,得到了各种工况下的速度场和压力场的图谱,为提高空冷塔运行效率提出理论依据,对掌握空冷塔的运行规律具有指导意义。 This paper adopts standard high Re, two-equation turbulence model and standard wall function. we calculates flow field inside and outside tower with FLUENT software,analysises and makes a summary of the influence of outside environment to the speed and pressure distribution regulation inside and outside tower and character of transfer regulation, and gets the diagram of speed and pressure field under various work conditions. The study provides basis theories for improving air cooling tower working efficiency, and have the instruction meaning on holding the working regulation of air cooling tower.
