本文评价了2091 Al-Li合金薄板在不同热处理状态下的机械性能,使用透射与扫描电镜方法,研究了固溶热处理温度、时效温度、时间对δ′(Al_3Li)、S′(Al_2CuMg)和 T_2(Al_6Cu(Li、Mg)_3)相复合沉淀行为的影响,讨论了工艺参数-组织-性能之间的关系。
The mechanical properties and microstructures of a 2091 Al-Li alloy sheet areinvestigated extensively by tension testing,scanning and transmission electron microscopy in va-rious ageing temperatures.The paper has discussed the effect of solid solution temperatures,ageing temperatures and times on the co-precipitation of δ′,S′and T_2 phases.
