摘要
晶体管在近半个多世纪以来取得了举世瞩目的发展,是现代电子学、微电子学的主要基石之一。随着近年来电子学的进一步发展,晶体管正面临着又一次革命:从传统的微米尺度的晶体管向纳米和分子尺度的晶体管过渡。本文旨在以晶体管的发展历程为主线,对各种类型的晶体管及其工作原理作一介绍,并对晶体管发展历程中一直遵循的Moore定律其将来的适用性作一说明。
Transistor has been the worldwide focus since 1940s', which is the basis of modem electronics and mieroeleetronies. Today's transistor is encountered a new revolution: the evolution from micro scale to nanometer and molecular scale. In this paper, different kinds of transistors based on the development history of transistor were introduced. Moreover, Moore's law and its present challenging will be introduced too.
