摘要
分析了该技术的特点与实施方法,提出了利用AutoCAD的AME功能进行实体模型设计,并通过对实体模型的等距截面剖分来提取数据,进而生成驱动指令的方法。并还对一些特殊情况与技术难点的处理进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes the features and applications of rapid prototyping technology, which is a new trend in machining technology and presentes a way to generate machining codes by AutoCAD. AME is used to design solid model, data are extracted by plane -cutting the model in equal distance and converted into machining codes, it puts forward a method by AutoCAD to hatch the cut plane with horizontal or vertical lines and the data for machining traces are acquired. It also discusses specific problems and technical difficulties.
