HP型链条及链式刀库机械传动系统设计

Design of Mechanical Driving System for Model HP Links and Link Type Tool Magazine

为保证刀库链条平顺运行及可靠换刀要求，提出了设计链式刀库机械传动系统涉及到的技术问题。为提高加工中心链式刀库的质量，向主机厂推荐了可供选用的ＨＰ型刀库专用链条及配用链轮的结构型式及参数。

In order to meet the requirements on smooth running of the links in tool magazine and reliability in tool changing, some technical problems are suggested to design the driving system in link type tool magazine.The constructures and parameters of links and sprokets speciallized for HP tool magazine are recommanded to improve the quality of link type tool magazine for machining center.
