从瑞士进口的２００ＣＮＣ数控内孔端面磨床，经长年使用故障不断，本文从其控制原理分析入手，并经过实际的测量，详尽地叙述了各种故障产生的原因，提出了相应的处理办法。

During long existing production, there happened many troubles in Model 200CNC internal cylindrical grinder imported from Switzerland. Based on the analysis on its control principle and practical testing, the causes of various troubles are discussed in detail and some suitable solutions are suggested.
