腐蚀在线监测技术在火电厂凝汽器铜管上的应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对不同火电厂中凝汽器铜管发生的均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀情况,配备专门研制的腐蚀测量传感器,采用腐蚀在线监测技术,对其腐蚀速率进行实时有效的在线监测,并根据监测结果判断凝汽器铜管的腐蚀情况和防止腐蚀效果。介绍腐蚀在线监测技术在国内火电厂凝汽器铜管上进行的相关试验研究,研究结果表明该技术可有效地在循环冷却水运行方式(如浓缩倍率、缓蚀剂投加情况等)改变和凝汽器铜管表面进行预处理(如进行表面镀膜处理)后,对凝汽器铜管的均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀情况进行及时有效的监测。 The even and local corrosion on condenser tubes was detected effectively by means of the on-line corrosion monitoring technology and special-developed sensor. Based on the monitoring results, the corrosion and anticorrosive effects can be determined. The relevant domestic experimental research on the on-line corrosion monitor in condenser tubes was introduced in this paper. The results indicate that on-line corrosion monitoring technology can be used to detect the even and local corrosion of condenser tubes availably after changing the water circulation conditions (concentrated ratio, adding inhibitor), and the surface pretreatment of condenser tubes.
