Application of Ash Cellar Pollution Control Technology

通过对下花园发电厂于除灰灰库的卸灰扬尘问题进行分析,针对引起扬尘的主要原因对干灰设备进行改造。改造后彻底解决了干灰生产过程中粉尘对环境的污染,改善了灰库周围的环境。该治理技术对干灰系统设计和老厂干灰设备改造具有一定的借鉴、指导作用。

Dust problem in ash disposal of dry ash cellar in Xiahuayuan Power Plant is analyzed. Based on the causes of the dust ,the dry ash equipment is renovated which completely controlled the dust pollution and the environment around ash cellar is improved. This technology can be used for reference and guidance in the design of dry ash system or renovation of ash equipment of old power plants.
