Transformation of On-line Monitoring System for Chemical Steam-water Quality

化学汽水品质在线检测系统主要用于火电厂辅机系统中的汽水品质在线监测过程,该系统在计算机及网络技术的基础上实现了测量单元“模块化”,通信方式“数字化”,化学仪表“虚拟化”。为此,对下花园发电厂 2005年新增的化学汽水品质在线监测系统从系统的设计理念、技术构思、网络特性以及运行效果等方面进行了讨论,并介绍了下花园发电厂化学汽水品质在线检测系统的安装及使用。

On-line monitoring system for chemical steam water quality is generally used to on-line monitor the steam-water quality of the auxiliary system in thermal power plant. On basis of computer and network technologies, the system has carried out the modularization of measurement units, the digitalization of communication modes and the virtualization of chemical instruments. In 2005, Xiahuayuan Power Plant adopted the new chemical steam-water quality on line monitoring system. This paper discusses the design concept of this system, the principle of the technology, the characteristics of network and the result of operation. And the installation and application of the system is introduced.
