摘要
近年来,下丘脑GnRH(GnRHⅠ)的类似物已在性激素依赖性疾病和生殖辅助治疗上得到广泛应用,而对Ⅱ型GnRH及其受体系统的研究则刚刚起步。Ⅱ型GnRH在进化过程中保守了5亿年,可能在性激素分泌、生殖行为调节以及性器官功能调节方面具有重要作用,很可能是最早形成的调节生殖的GnRH。克隆Ⅱ型GnRH受体将有助于阐明这一系统的功能并促进临床应用,而阐明人类Ⅱ型GnRH受体的功能则具有更重要的意义。本文就Ⅱ型GnRH及其受体的结构、分布、信号转导途径及其可能功能作一综述。
The hypothalamic adjuvant GnRH ( GnRH Ⅰ ) and its analogs have been used extensively for the treatment of sex hormone-dependent diseases and adjuvant reproductive treatment, while the research on the GnRH Ⅱ and its receptor system began quite recently. The cloning of type Ⅱ GnRH receptor provides the opportunity to elucidate the effects and functions of the ligand in detail and to develop selective GnRH Ⅱ therapeutics. A major challenge is the elucidation of the role and function of GnRH Ⅱ in human. In this article, the structure, distribution, signal transduction pathway and function of GnRH Ⅱ and its receptor system are reviewed.
