Progress in research on toxins-antitoxins system in bacterial programmed cell death

摘要 与哺乳动物细胞相同,细菌也存在着细胞程序性死亡。本文对细菌中存在的细胞程序性死亡现象、引发细菌造成细胞程序性死亡的毒素-抗毒素系统的组成、分类、意义以及影响细胞程序性死亡的因素进行了介绍。 As in the mammalian cells, programmed cell death also exists in bacteria. In this paper, the phenomenon of progammed cell death in bacteria, the composition and typing of toxins-antitoxins system that induces programmed cell death, and several different stressful conditions that trigger the mazEF-mediated programmed cell death in bacteria are introduced.
