摘要
介绍了改革开放以来我国特殊钢领域科技进步的新进展，着重叙述了在（超）高功率电炉、炉外精炼、连铸、连轧、在线检测等方面取得的成就，展望了九五期间的技改方向。
The new scientific and technological progress in special steel field since takingthe reform and open policy in China was introduced, with the emphasis on the results of UHPEF, secondary refining, continuous casting, continuous rolling, on-line inspection and so on.The tendency of technical transformation during the ninth 'Fire-year Plan' Period was prospected also.
