摘要
研究了野生地被蛇莓和甘野菊在土壤干旱胁迫下土壤含水量、叶片细胞膜透性、叶片相对含水量、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯胺酸、过氧化物酶(POD)随胁迫强度的变化。结果表明:随着胁迫的加深,甘野菊出现胁迫症状要早于蛇莓,但最后受到的胁迫程度较轻,表明甘野菊的抗旱性要强于蛇莓。
In the soil water content present paper, Duchesnea indica and Dendranthema lavandulifolium were studid. The (SWC), and the leaf electrolyte, leaf water content (LWC), MDA, soluble protein, free proline content and POD were measured under the stress of drought. The results show that the injury of D. lavandulifolium occurs earlier than D. indica, but the degree of the injury is lighter than D.indica, which indicated that it has higher drought tolerance.
