贵州高原岩溶山区农业现代化建设的对策和思路

New thoughts for Modern Agriculture Construction in Guizhou Karst Region.

阐述了贵州岩溶山区自然状况、社会经济条件,分析该地区现代农业发展的制约因素和资源优势,提出坚持生态环境的保护和建设与发展现代农业有机结合;切实做好扶贫工作;加强基础设施建设;提高农村干部的领导管理水平、科技人员和广大劳动者的综合素质;加快农业和农村经济结构战略性调整;加快产业化进程;大力发展特色农业,以及科技和信息服务为重点的农业社会化服务体系建设等8项农业发展对策。

This paper expounds the natural situation, favorable conditions and obstacles for moderm agriculture development in Guizhou karst region, puts forward 8 counter measures for agriculture development. They are to the organic combination of protecting ecological environment and constructing and developing modern agriculture; to do a good job on poverty elimination; to strengthen infrastructure construction; to improve the administrative level of the leading carders as well as to comprehensive quality of the vast laborers in the rural areas; to speed up the strategic adjustment of agriculture and rural economic structure; to fasten the procedure of industrialization; to devote major efforts to developing agriculture with characteristics and to strengthen the establishment of agriculture socialization service system focusing on the service with science, technology and information.
