摘要 山西是小杂粮王国,品种全、品质高、产量大,在中国小杂粮市场上占有重要地位,与其他省份的小杂粮相比具有明显的综合优势;从国际国内市场上来看,小杂粮需求持续增长,市场潜力巨大;山西应立足国际国内市场,着力于小杂粮产业发展及竞争力的提升,整合资源突出优势、加快市场建设、打造国际国内名牌,将山西建成中国和世界优质小杂粮基地。 Shanxi province is the realm of minor coarse cereals (abr.MCC), the main character of MCC is that entire varieties, high quality, great output. So MCC of Shanxi province is important in market of whole country. Compared with other provinces, MCC of Shanxi province possesses distinct competitive advantage. In the sight of the international and home market, demand of MCC is increasing persistently, and the potential market is large. Therefore, Shanxi province should base itself upon the home and international market, exert itself to develop the industry and enhance the competitive ability of MCC, combine the advantage of resource, quicken the construction of the MCC market, create its nameplate in the international and home market, for the purpose of building the high grade base of MCC in Shanxi province all over the country and world.
