随着中国经济的发展和科技水平的提高,政府强调拥有自主知识产权,建设创新型国家。对科技成果进行知识产权保护是深化科技体制改革,加快科技成果转化,提高科技工作面向经济主战场能力的重要手段。强化科研单位知识产权法律保护,对于自主知识产权产业的形成与发展具有重要作用。对世界上主要发达国家科技成果知识产权保护状况进行介绍,并阐述了中国科技成果知识产权保护的意义,通过结合中国的实际情况,从发达国家科技成果知识产权保护中获得启示,最后对中国科技成果知识产权保护提出四点建议以供参考。

With the development of economy and the improvement of S＆T in China,the govrnment is putting the emphasis on the ownership of self-determining intellectual properties and building the innovative country. To protect the S＆T productions with the intellectual property is the important instrument which deepens the reform about the framework of the S＆T , promotes the transformation of S＆T productions and improves the capacity in connecting the research and market. Strengthening the scientific re- search units utilize the laws about the intellectual property to protect themselves, plays a key role in forming and developing the industries that own the self-determining intellectual properties. The paper introduces the state of protecting S＆T productions of the main developed countries in the world, recounting the significance of protecting S＆T productions for China. Through combining the facts of China, by gaining the illumination from the actions of protecting S＆T productions of main developed countries, then give four pieces of advice for reference.
