麻醉药物药物不良反应国内文献计量学研究

Bibliographic analysis of anesthetic adverse drug reactions in China

目的探讨麻醉药物药物不良反应(ADR)国内文献分布的特点和变化规律。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库所收录的麻醉药物ADR文献,并进行统计、分析。结果麻醉药物ADR文献分布既集中又分散,麻醉专业期刊的文献量比ADR核心期刊多;文献量近年来上升迅速,其内容涉及静脉、吸入和局部麻醉药;全国各地文献量分布差异较大。结论我国麻醉药物ADR已在一定程度上受到重视,该项研究在今后相当长的时间内将会保持迅猛发展的势头。

Objective To describe the characteristics and regularities of anesthetic adverse drug reactions （ADR） in China by bibliographic method. Methods The works on anesthetic ADR in CBMdisc （1978 - 2005.04） were collected and analysed. Results It was found that the majority of works concerned were concentrated in the journals of anesthesiology. Now the literature volume is increasing rapidly, with the drugs covering intravenous and inhaled general anesthetics and local anesthetics. The sources of concerned information covered 33 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, included in 244 titles. Conclusion The problem of anesthetic ADR has been emphasized in China and the study on it will be growing.
