摘要
目的制备2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇。方法以丙二酸二乙酯为原料,经亚硝基化、金属钠乙醇还原得到2-氨基-1,3-丙二醇(1)。结果与结论经1H NMR分析确证目标产物结构,总收率53.5%。该路线原料廉价易得,成本较低,反应条件温和,适用于工业生产。
Objective To prepare 2-amino-i, 3-propanediol. Methods The target compound was synthesized with malonic acid diethyl ester as the starting material by nitrosation and reduction with Na-ethanol. Results and Conclusions The desired product is obtained in total yield of 53.5 % and its structure is confirmed by 1H-NMR. In this route, the overall cost is low and the reaction condition is temperate, so it is suitable for the industrial production.
