摘要
目的建立复方益康宁片中盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的普通光谱系数倍率法和比值光谱测定法.以便对测定结果的准确度进行相互校验。方法根据盐酸普鲁卡因和维生索B6的普通光谱和比值光谱特征,选择适宜的测定波长对,有效地消除共存组分的干扰,实现对被测组分的准确测定。结果在选定的试验条件下,盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6在5.0~50.0mg·L^-1叫内质量浓度与吸光度线性关系良好,盐酸普鲁卡因和维生索B6的系数倍率法和比值光谱测定法的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.01%、0.41%,100,0%、0.78%,99,52%、1.16%,98.26%、0.78%。结论两法测定结果基本一致。
Objective To establish the methods for the determination of the contents of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 in compound Yikangning tablets by using spectmphotometry and ratio spectmphotometry.Methods Based on the features of spectrum, the suitable wavelength pair was selected for determination of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 in compound Yikangning tablets. Results Linearity between the absorbance and concentration of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 was obtained in the range of 5.00 - 50.00 mg·L^-1 under the optimal conditions. The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B6 detected by common and ratio spectrophotometry were 99.01%, 0.41% ; 100.0 %, 0.78 % and 99.52%, 1.16 % ; 98.26 %, 0.78 %, respectively. Conclusions The method is simple, rapid and reproducible, the interference between the two components may be eliminated and the results are satisfactory.
