Effects of Pteris Semipinnata 5F on the hypertrophic scar on rabbit ears

目的:观察半边旗5F对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响。方法:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,21d时瘢痕局部注射不同浓度(20,40,80 m g/L)的半边旗5F或生理盐水,28d时观察药物对瘢痕增生指数(H I)的影响及光镜下瘢痕变化情况。结果:各浓度组与生理盐水对照组以及各浓度组之间H I差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);其瘢痕抑制效果与半边旗5F浓度呈剂量依赖性关系;光镜下见明显抑制成纤维细胞增殖及降低胶原纤维的含量。结论:半边旗5F可抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕组织增生。

Objective： To observe the effects of Pteris Semipinnata 5F on the hypertrophic scar on rabbit ears. Methods： Hypertrophic scars made on rabbit ears were injected with Pteris Semipinnata 5F at concentrations （20, 40, 80mg/L） or saline as control at day 21 started from the scars were made. At day 28 the rabbits were killed to observe hypertrophic index （HI） and morphological change of sears. Results： Compared with the control group, Pteris Semiplnnata 5F significantly reduced HI in a dosage dependent manner （P〈0. 05）. The proliferation of fibroblast and collagen decreased in the Pteris Semipinnata 5F treated group. Conclusion： Pteris Semipinnata 5F could inhibit proliferation of hypertrophic sears on rabbit ears.
