摘要
用低温等离子体对 LDPE 进行表面改性,工作气体和处理时间对改性效果有重要影响。经等离子体处理后,LDPE 表面的接触角减小,表面能增加,尤其是其中的极性分量显著增加,粘接强度提高22—29倍。XPS 分析表明表面引进了极性基团。
The LDPE was modified by low temperature plasma.The working gas and treatment timeplay an important role.After treated by plasma,the contact angles on LDPE was decrease,the surface en-ergy is increased,and polar component of it was enhanced obviously,the shear strength was enhanced 22—29 times.The XPS analyse shows that some polar groups are introdused.
