医院感染管理作为医院质量管理的重要组成部分,正在不断地吸收管理学上先进的思想和模式,本文应用持续质量改进的原理,探索医院感染管理的CQI途径,改进的重点方面及应注意的问题,有效的方案和对策,医院感染管理CQI的意义,为建立医院感染管理自身发展和进步的长效机制,进行有益的尝试。

Hospital infection management was one of the most important contents of hospital quality management. It was tolerating the advanced theories and models from management science. This article used the continuous quality improvement（CQI） theory to explore the path of hospital infection management, the key sections that should be promoted, the effective design and the actions, the effect of hospital infection management. The author also gave some suggestions on how to created the long-term effective mechanism for improving the hospital infection management.
