摘要 通过介绍出院伤病员满意率随访工作的组织建设、工作内容、工作程序以及取得的成绩,阐述了在当前竞争激烈的医疗市场,病人随访制度具有重要作用:建立全程医疗服务模式,强化医院“人文”形象;构建医患双向交流渠道,改善医患关系;贴近病人,了解不足,改进工作;接受病人监督,树立行业正气;打造医院品牌,强化顾客意识,同时探讨了随访工作存在问题的解决方法。 Recommend the construction, the concept, the program and the achievement in the work experience of Satisfaction Rate Follow-up about patients leaved hospital. Analyze the importance to construct the Follow-up system in the dog eat dog medical market. Establishing the whole medical service mode, strengthening the visualize of hospital human culture, constructing the communication trench between the patient and the doctor, amending the doctor-patient relationship. Understanding the patient, realizing the deficiency and improving the work., accepting the supervise of the patient and setting the positive aspect in medical. Building up the hospital brand, strengthening the service consciousness and solving the problem in the Follow-up work.
