Building New Rural Areas from the Angle of the Long Term Peace and Stability in China——the Understanding of Learning the No.1 Document,2006 of the Party Central Committee of the CPC

要从国家长治久安的高度充分认识中共中央、国务院提出的建设社会主义新农村的重大意义,正确理解和把握新农村建设的基本内涵与具体内容。建设社会主义新农村是一项艰巨任务,必须以科学发展观为指导,抓经济发展、抓新房规划、抓教育文化;要有长期奋斗的思想准备,防止“刮风”和片面性,以推进社会主义新农村建设的健康发展。

From the angle of the long term peace and stability in China, we should have correct understanding of momentous significance of building new socialist rural areas put forward by the Party Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council and its basic connotation and concrete content. Building new socialist rural areas is a hard task. We should take the view of scientific development as our guide and pay attention to economic development, education and culture and be mentally prepared for long-time efforts so as to prevent impulsion and guard against one-sidedness and to promote the sound development of building new socialist rural areas.
