文章从技术哲学的角度分析了隐性知识的特征,并认为隐性知识在企业技术创新过程中的关键环节——创新研究开发(R&D)阶段具有重要作用,那就是隐性知识对企业新产品的开发设计具有促进作用,隐性知识对企业新产品试制起一定程度上的决定作用。

This paper has analyzed the characteristics of invisible knowledge in terms of technological philosophy, and holds invisible knowledge has important function in the key period of the R＆D of enterprise＇s technological innovation. That is invisible knowledge has facilitation to the development of the new products of enterprise and plays the decisive role to a certain extent to the trial production of new products of enterprises.
