中共三代领导人人权思想的比较及现实思考

The Comparison of the Thoughts of Human Rights among the Leaders of the Three Generations of the CPC and Its Practical Thinking

毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民作为中国共产党的三代领导核心,由于他们所处的时代背景不同,观察、分析问题的方法迥异,因此其人权思想在内容、特点、个人风格上均存在较大差别。但全面考察三代领导人的人权思想便不难发现,他们在诸多方面又存在许多相同点。文章在分析比较三代领导核心人权思想的异同点的基础上,提出了若干方面的现实思考。

As the leading cores of the three generations of the CPC, Man Ze--dong, Deng Xiao-ping and Jiang Ze-min have different ways in observing and analyzing questions because of their different background characteristics of times, so their thoughts of human rights arc different in content, characteristics and personal style. But by taking a comprehensive view of their thoughts of human rights, we can easily find that they have a lot of common characteristics in many aspects. This paper puts forward some practical thinking on the basis of analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences of the thoughts of human rights of the leading cores of the three generations.
