孔子思想中的君子

On the gentleman in Confucius' thought

分析了孔子提出的一种理想的人格范式即“君子”,其人格特征是“仁者不忧,知者不惑,勇者不惧”。指出因材施教,是孔子在对君子的培养过程中所采取的重要的教育原则和方法,是君子的共性与个性的完美统一。孔子的君子观以及孔子培养君子的方法,在今天有借鉴意义。

The gentleman is defined as the kind people who never worry, the wise people who never feel puzzled, the brave people who are never frightened, which is an ideal personality advocated by Confucius. Teaching students according to their aptitude, which combines the general character of the gentleman with the individuality of the student, is an important principle and method as well. Confucius＇ views on gentleman and the measures for talent training still have the guiding meaning now.
