中国社会的急剧转型呼唤着中国社会工作的本土化,基于学科本土论的思考,中国社会工作发展应走“建构本土特色”与“超越本土特色”相结合的道路,以加快专业社会工作的中国化步伐。走内源性的发展道路是解决当前困境,实现社会工作本土化的有效途径,要实现这一目标,就必须既尊重传统的资源又立足于现实的改革。

China＇ s social work faces development dilemma, needing to choose another way to develop. Following by inner-development is useful way to solve the problem and realize social work indigenization. To attain this goal, we must either respect former resource or pay much attention to reforming, based on reality.
