摘要
加载后在大块 Al 单晶试样的Ⅰ型预制裂纹尖端出现无位错区。分析表明,此无位错区有三维结构特点,这一结论可用 Pseudo Kosel 照像法直接证实。提出一新的无位错区形成机制,并加以讨论。
After loading a distocation-free zone(DFZ)was found in model Ⅰprecracked bulk Al single crystals.It was shown by analysis that DFZ has its own threedimensional characteristics,this conclusion was verified directly by a Pseudo Kossel meth-od.A new formation mechanism of DFZ was proposed and discussed in detail.
