摘要
企业的成败在很大程度上取决于管理,尤其是高层的管理,因而对高层管理者的培养就显得尤为重要。本文先对管理者的角色、职能与技能进行理论综述,然后对比国内外EMBA培养方案,重点分析其课程设计的特色,最后从企业家调查系统的角度分析了应该如何培养高级管理者,并对国内的EMBA教育提出几点建议。
The enterprise' s success or failure depends largely on the management, especially on the top management, so the cultivation on top managers now assumes even greater importance. First, the author gave a summary of theery about the manager's role, function and ability. Furthermore, there is a contrast on the differences of Worldwide EMBA cultivation plan and the character of curriculum of EMBA was analyzed emphatically in the contrast. At last, from the angle of the enterpriser investigation system, how to train the top managers was analyzed and some suggestions about domestic EMBA cultivation were presented.
