高效液相色谱法测定芦荟排毒胶囊中芦荟大黄素的含量

Determination of Aloe-emodin in Aole Paidu capsule by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定芦荟排毒胶囊中芦荟大黄素的方法。方法:采用W aters 2690型高效液相色谱仪(美);检测器:996 PDA二极管阵列检测器;色谱柱:D iamonsil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(80:20);流速:1m l/m in;于254nm波长处以外标法测定。结果:在0.0748-7.48 g/m l范围内浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为3.18%。结论:方法简便可靠,可用于测定芦荟排毒胶囊中芦荟大黄素的含量。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aloe-emodin in Aole Paidu capsule. Methods： By HPLC, column is Diamonsil C 18 （ 200mm × 4.6mm,5μm）, mobile phase is methanol-water（ 80： 20） , flowrate is 1.0ml/min, detection wavelength is 254nm. Results ： The injection sample dose of aloe-emodin at 0. 0748-7.48 g/ml, it has well linear relation with peak area （ r = 0.9999）, average recover rate is 99.2%, RSD is 3.18%. Conclusion： The method is simple, convenient and accurate and is suitable for the determination of aloe-emodin in Aole Paidu capsule.
